FAQs - ORDERING - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your chosen items to your basket, and complete checkout through our secure payment system. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable and returns must follow our Returns Policy.

We accept secure online payment methods through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

Please contact us immediately at info@buyhash.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update your details. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to CBD or product contents. There are no logos or identifying markings on the parcel.

  • UK Mainland: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • We use DPD Express and DHL Priority for UK mainland orders. Remote areas may be shipped with alternative couriers. All shipments are tracked and insured.

Next-day delivery is our aim for mainland UK orders placed before 1pm, but it is not guaranteed due to courier factors outside our control.

DPD makes one delivery attempt. If missed, your parcel will be taken to a local DPD Pickup Shop where it will be held for 7 days.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Buy Hash UK.

Yes. Our products are sourced carefully and tested to ensure compliance with UK regulations.

FAQs - REFUNDS & RETURNS

Can I return my order?

You have 14 days from delivery to inform us that you wish to return eligible items, and a further 14 days to send them back.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Yes. We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Food items

  • Sale items

  • Promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free)

  • Hash/Tea of the Month

  • Partial bundle returns

Once approved, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
