At Buy Hash UK, we pride ourselves on fast processing, secure handling, and completely discreet delivery across the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 1pm are usually shipped the same working day. During busy periods (sales, promotions, peak demand), dispatch may take slightly longer.

We guarantee that all weekday orders placed before 1pm will be shipped by the next working day, unless otherwise stated on our website.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Mainland – Express Delivery

We use DPD Express and DHL Priority for UK mainland deliveries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Fully tracked and insured

  • Email and/or SMS updates

  • 1–2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery

While next-day delivery is our aim, it is not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, depot backlogs, weather, or courier issues outside of our control.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland are shipped using alternative courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on location

  • Fully tracked and insured

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

All orders from Buy Hash UK are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with:

  • No logos

  • No product descriptions

  • No reference to CBD or contents

  • No identifiable markings

The sender name is neutral and does not reference our products. There is nothing on the outer packaging that indicates what is inside.

Every parcel is securely sealed, carefully packed, and handled with complete confidentiality.

Missed Deliveries

DPD makes one delivery attempt.

If you are unavailable, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop, where it will be held for 7 days.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us:

  • We can re-ship your order once your address is reconfirmed

  • A £4.99 return fee plus the new shipping cost will apply

Safe Place & Neighbour Deliveries

We require parcels to be delivered in person.

If you choose delivery to a safe place or neighbour, this is done entirely at your own risk. Buy Hash UK cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen under these circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for such claims.

Correct Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

Buy Hash UK cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect information

  • Lost parcels due to inaccurate addresses

  • Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect details

Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases, and any extra costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

Once dispatched:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Returns must follow our official returns process
