Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Policy)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to request a refund.
Once you have informed us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will arrange the return on your behalf, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused
Products must be in the exact condition received
Packaging must be original, unopened, and undamaged
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Food products (we are not legally obligated to offer returns on food items)
Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotional orders
Hash of the Month / Tea of the Month products
Sale or discounted items
Partial returns of bundle products (e.g., 28g purchased as 2x14g cannot be returned at 50%)
However, we review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of your returned item.
We will then inform you whether your refund has been:
Approved
Rejected (with explanation)
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours
Funds will be returned to your original payment method
Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear
Please note that refunded amounts may remain pending with your bank until fully processed.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
International Orders
Any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or additional charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that:
Orders held by customs cannot automatically receive a refund
Orders lost in international transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Buy Hash UK is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges
